Had it not been for two friends and their unshakeable belief that the real gold was out there somewhere, the story could have ended there. But Spencer Chambers and Richard Longhurst dream big, so after buying the Hofmeister brand off the multinational company that owned it, they bundled George into the back of their Mini and headed to Germany in search of treasure.
People and time: you can’t make great beer without them. Set in the very heart of Bavaria, our beers are handcrafted by an independent fourth generation family brewery where attention to detail, integrity and an obvious commitment to quality is apparent in every sip of Hofmeister.
Hofmeister Helles remains the only lager in the UK to have ever been awarded the prestigious IWSC 5 Star rating.

Karl and Cathy always had an unwavering belief that, when it came to gin, doing things the right way without compromise would lead to the very best outcome. And thus, on World Gin Day in 2013, Yorkshire's first gin, Masons of Yorkshire, was born.
Since the beginning, we set out to create a different gin, not just a different label. We know that how we make our gin is exceptional but putting it into words isn’t easy.
But here at Masons, we do things differently. It’s what sets us apart from the rest.

Salford Distillery is an award-winning craft rum and gin distillery based in Manchester. Hand-distilled in small batches at Arch 33, Viaduct Street - just minutes from Deansgate - our spirits are inspired by the rums, spices and fruits that arrived at the historic Salford Docks over a century ago.
n 2022, we opened the doors to our very own distillery under the railway arches - the first real home for our spirits. Since then, we've welcomed thousands of people through the doors for tours and tastings. By August 2025, we fully refurbished the space, turning a working distillery into a destination worthy of the city's name.
Everything we put our name to is built on the history of this city, but made for the future of drinking.

Gweilo began with a dream back in 2014, when a group of British friends moved to Asia and found themselves in a landscape largely dominated by mass-produced lagers.
Knowing there had to be more to beer, we set out on an independent mission to ignite a thirst for flavourful, premium brews across the region.
