Mark Pattinson
Co-FounderWith 25 years of experience in the drinks industry, Mark specialises in building brands, designing projects, and overseeing their seamless implementation. From concept to execution, Mark’s led numerous initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and market differentiation for both established and emerging brands. His deep understanding of the UK market dynamics, multi-channel execution strategies, route to market relationships and the intricacies of brand development has allowed him to accelerate brand reach.
Throughout his career, Mark successfully managed and coached large dispersed cross-functional teams, collaborated with stakeholders, and delivered high-impact projects that not only met the business objectives but also exceeded expectations. This has been achieved in both FMCG corporate and PE backed SME environment’s working across multiple functions.
Passionate about translating vision into reality, Mark thrives on transforming creative ideas into fully realised, scalable projects that stand the test of time.
Craig has over 12 years experience in the FMCG industry - across Beer, Cider & Spirits, along with market leading healthcare and household brands. He is a commercially driven and strategic multi-channel leader specialising in unlocking growth across the UK. Craig also has senior level experience working across both Category Development and Trade Marketing environments; including the creation of 3 year brand and category strategy plans.
With extensive experience and long-standing relationships across the UK retail landscape; his deep understanding of market dynamics, route-to-market strategy and disciplined commercial execution enables brands to accelerate distribution, strengthen customer partnerships and drive sustainable performance.
Over the course of his career, Craig has built and led high-performing teams, partnering closely with retail and investor stakeholders to deliver growth strategies that combine bold ambition with disciplined operational execution and rigour.
